I want to be a certified Evidence Based Birth® Instructor! What do I need to do?

Currently, the Evidence Based Birth Instructor Program is not a certification agency. The EBB Instructor program is an advanced program for people who are already licensed or certified through another organization as either a nurse, CBE, doula, or midwife/physician. To be eligible to become an Evidence Based Birth Instructor we do require a certification in a birth specialty. These particular credentials are required because we submit all new Instructors to the American College of Nurse Midwives for approval to teach our CEU courses, and that is one reason why we have this standard.
